Dolciaria Serio Located in San Marco dei Cavoti, a town famous for this
confection, the Serio family began making their torrone in 1926. Torrone has been a symbol of Campania since roman times.

Nicola Avossa, renowned artist from Vietri Sul Mare and Salerno, began this company in 1978
after learning the are from the great Master Giovannino Carrano. Today the tradition continues with his daughter.
Their passion is to keep alive "the famous antique Ceramics of "Vietri Sul Mare"...characterized
by their brillant colors inspired by the magnificent natural tones in which they surround: the green of the sea that penetrates
in the coast, the yellow and orange of the lemons and oranges, the turquoise and the blue that evidence the point of fusion
between the sky and the sea." Each piece is modeled, fired in the kilns, hand painted and glazed in their
Salerno factory with eah piece capturing the beauty of the art made famous on the Amalfi Coast.
